Processing Time All orders are processed within two business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We ship to all 50 states. Free shipping is available on orders over $125.
International Shipping We currently ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 12 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages SMF Originals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at smforiginalsjewelry@gmail.com within two days of delivery with photos of the damage.
